All advertising for the Weslo pinpoints that these units are for basic training and do not make any exaggerated claims about the units ability. They are considered the first step toward a more advanced work out routine but you have to start somewhere and this unit seems ideal for those just looking to tone up and to achieve a more dynamic lifestyle and physique.
